Lean Seis Sigma is a methodology that seeks to improve the profitability of a business through the enhancement of its processes. This training introduces the DMAIC – Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, a methodology that details the use of various continuous improvement tools.
With this course you can develop small enhancement projects in your occupation area alongside Green Belts and Black Belts in support of the Lean Six Sigma program. Have you ever thought about being the agent of change in your organization? Become a Yellow Belt and show yourself capable!
You will be able to:
• Implement Lean concepts in your daily life;
• Use improvement tools to improve your projects;
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects or even lead smaller projects;
• Implement efficient process control;
• Apply basic analysis techniques to identify the root causes of problems encountered.
And you will still be prepared to:
• Conquer an internship or trainee position in the labor market through a differentiated curriculum;
• Make a difference in your company, transforming your current reality;
• Identify and respond to potential failures and variables involved, mitigating risks;
• Understand in practice how a Lean Six Sigma project works through real case studies;
