Is a Mechanical Engineer and Six Sigma Consultant, Co-partner of NT Desenvolvimento Gerencial, working on Six Sigma projects, training and coaching the Belts in order to guarantee significant financial results for the organizations. He has worked on the fields of mechanical and metallurgical engineering as well as production and materials engineering. For almost 20 years, Timo has been working on defining and managing engineering projects. He conducted strategic R&D projects of the VALLOUREC group and worked on the development of products and processes. Timo has a doctorate about the "Simulation of the Plastic Deformation of Magnesium Alloys" mainly for medical and automotive applications. He won an award of the TMS congress of the best student paper of the year 2008.
