Phil Magrath is an Executive Leader Coach, certified by the Brazilian Society of Coaching, he studied Psychology at PUC-RJ and has been a professor for 36 years. He is the coordinator and facilitator of the MBA and training “High Impact Leader” in the IESPe, co-author of "Behavioral Training" and "Team and Leader Coaching", has International Certifications in META PNL and Neurosemantics and Life Skills Coaching, in Canada.
